Our role is limited to providing a searchable, browsable index of event information. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding any event, organisation, product, service, or information listed on the platform.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or correctness of any information displayed on the Service. Event information may be sourced from third parties and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated data. Specifically, we make no guarantees regarding:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, World Dental Events, its operators, owners, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our optional verification process confirms only that a representative has demonstrated control of an email address at the organisation’s domain. Verification does not constitute endorsement, accreditation, due diligence, background check, or guarantee of any kind.
Certain listings, badges, placement positions, or visibility on the Service may be influenced by paid promotional arrangements. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue any paid features at any time without notice.
Event information displayed on the Service may be collected through automated means from publicly available sources. You may not scrape, crawl, copy, download in bulk, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.
